Os alunos do nono ano realizaram a tradução de receitas saudáveis.

300 grams of spinach
1 spoon of pepper
3 fresh eggs
parsley or coriander

pinch of salt
Peel
the onion, the garlic and the carrot. Then chop the onion, the garlic and then
cut the carrot in slices. Put the onions, the garlics and the carrot with olive
oil and set it to cook. Let it cook until the onion is soft, mix with tomatoes
in small slices and the pepper. Mix, cover and let it cook on low fire during
10 minutes. Mix the grain/ chickpeas with boiling water and 2 more dl of water. Let it
boil during 5 minutes, mix the cumin’s and the spinach until they loses volume.
Let it cook and check the salt. Open the eggs one by one to a boil and mix with
the gran. Cover it and let it cook until the egg is cooked as you like and
serve it sprinkled with parsley or chopped coriander.
